Our 2018 Chardonnay experienced a cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks without the use of any oak in its production. This style of winemaking aims to respect the varietal flavors and aromas that the Chardonnay grape has to offer and to focus on creating a more crisp and fruit forward style of Chardonnay. This wine expresses floral and fruity aromas distinguished by white flowers, apple, pineapple, and wet stone. The flavors of apple, pear, and melon mingle with a subtle minerality and balanced acidity on the palate. These attributes, combined with a gentle and crisp mouthfeel, contribute to a medium long finish that rounds out this flavorful fruit forward varietal wine. Serving recommendations: 55-60°F
