If the Blue Ridge Parkway is closed, please follow these alternate directions from your area.

From Piedmont Triad
(Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point)

Take Rt. 220 North to 58 West into Meadows of Dan, take entrance onto the Blue Ridge Parkway and head North, watch for milepost 172. Approx. 1/2 mile beyond it, take a left onto Black Ridge Road and then an immediate left onto Winery Road. Go a half mile to Chateau Morrisette on the right.

Alternate Route if Parkway Closed

Take Rt. 220 North to 58 West. Before you get into town, watch for BB&T Bank on the right, turn right onto 758 (Willis Rd), go 3.1 miles, to a right onto 726 (Rock Church Rd) for 1.6 miles. When you come to the stop sign, cross over the Parkway and take an immediate left onto Winery Road. Go a half mile to Chateau Morrisette on the right.

From Roanoke, VA

Take Rt. 220 to the Blue Ridge Parkway South. Watch for milepost 171. Proceed approximately ½ mile and take a right onto Black Ridge Road. Take an immediate left onto Winery Road. Go a half mile to Chateau Morrisette on the right.

Alternate Route if Parkway Closed

Take Rt. 221 South to Floyd, continue through stoplight and proceed for approx. 4 miles, take a left onto Canning Factory Road and then a right onto Black Ridge Road. Follow Black Ridge for 7 miles and before it crosses over the Parkway take a right onto Winery Road. Go a half mile to Chateau Morrisette on the right.

From Blacksburg, VA

Take 460 East toward Roanoke. At Christiansburg, take exit for 460E Business toward downtown. Continue on N. Franklin Street for 1.6 miles and turn right onto Depot Street. Follow less than one mile and turn right onto Main Street (second stoplight). Cross under I-81 and continue on Rt. 8 South for approximately 24 miles into the town of Floyd, continue through traffic light and proceed for approximately 6 miles until you see an entrance sign for the Blue Ridge Parkway. Enter Parkway and head South for about 6 miles, watch for milepost 171, proceed approximately ½ mile and take a right onto Black Ridge Road and then an immediate left onto Winery Road. Go a half mile to Chateau Morrisette on the right.

Alternate Route if Parkway Closed

Take 460 East into Christiansburg, in the center of town turn right onto Rt. 8 South, follow Rt. 8 South for approximately 24 miles into town of Floyd. At the traffic light, turn right onto Rt. 221 South and follow it for approximately 4 miles, take a left onto Canning Factory Road and an immediate right onto Black Ridge Road. Follow Black Ridge Road for 7 miles and before it crosses over the Parkway take a right onto Winery Road. Go a half mile to Chateau Morrisette on the right.

From Wytheville, VA

Take I-77 South to Hillsville/Galax exit. Turn left onto Rt. 221/58. Follow 58 East to 58 East Business which will take you to Meadows of Dan. Watch for entrance sign onto the Blue Ridge Parkway, head North on the Parkway. Watch for milepost 172 - about a half mile beyond it, take a left onto Black Ridge Road and then an immediate left onto Winery Road. Chateau Morrisette is located approx. Go a half mile to Chateau Morrisette on the right. Go a half mile to Chateau Morrisette on the right.

Alternate Route if Parkway Closed

Take I-77 South to Hillsville/Galax exit. Turn left onto Rt. 221/58. Follow 58 East around Meadows of Dan, watch for BB&T Bank on your left, turn left onto Rt. 758 and follow it for approx. 4-1/2 miles, turn right onto Rt. 726 and follow it for approx. 2 miles. When you come to the stop sign, cross over the Parkway and take an immediate left onto Winery Road. Chateau Morrisette is located approx. Go a half mile to Chateau Morrisette on the right.
