Assistant Restaurant Manager: One to Three years of fine dining restaurant experience, preferably in management. Must be able to perform under pressure and respond quickly to situations as they arise in a professional manner. Ability to give direction and supervise others. Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, as well as Open Table and Point of Sale Systems. Starting Pay is $12.00 an hour.
Tasting Room Sales Rep: One to two years experience dealing with the public in a customer service function. Must be able to remain calm under pressure and deal with many types of personalities, learn and maintain knowledge of wines, meads and ciders and how they are made. Must also be able to lift 40 to 50 lbs. Must be 18 to be able to serve wine. Starting pay is $8.50 an hour.
Busser: Prefer experience in a fine dining setting as well as uperior Customer Service skills, ability to work as a team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail. Postive attitude and ability to consistently deal with customers, employees and peers in a professinal, diplomatic and friendly manner. Pay is $6.55 an hour plus tips.
