Tasting Room Assistant Manager: Bachelors degree or equivalent and at least one year of recent supervisory and retail sales experience preferred. Experience and confidence running point of sale systems. Well tuned interpersonal and customer service skills, positive attitude and the ability to consistently deal with customers, employees and peers in a professional, diplomatic and friendly manner under stress. Part-time position with starting pay $12.00 an hour.
Restaurant Manager: Bachelor's degree plus two years of restaurant experience with at least two years at a supervisory level preferred, although less formal education and on the job experience may be substituted. Experience and confidence running point of sale systems and troubleshooting reports. Positive attitude and ability to make effective decisions while performing under pressure and consistently deal with customers, employees, and peers in a professional, diplomatic, and friendly manner. Ability to work any and all required weekend shifts. Starting pay is $22.00 an hour.
Host/Hostess: Superior customer service skills, ability to work as a team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to work with restaurant software, and proficient general math skills are required. Positive attitude and ability to consistently deal with customers, employees and peers in a professional, diplomatic and friendly manner. Starting pay is $8.00 an hour.
