Tasting Room Sales Representative: Come join the fun at our fast paced tasting room near Meadows of Dan/Floyd. We are looking for high energy, positive employees who want to be part of a team. While we would prefer someone with at least 1-2 years experience dealing with the public in a customer service environment, we are more than willing to train you. No knowledge of wine necessary. 
Candidates must be able to lift 40-50 lbs, be 18 years of age (to serve wine) and have a clean, professional appearance. 
Part-time. Starting pay is $11/hour.  Saturday & Sunday availablity is a must. Seasonal and long term positions available. 

Tasting Room Manager:  Creative Leader needed to deliver exceptional moments for Guests of all Ages, through inspiring communication, integrity and a passion for Chateau Morrisette.  Candidates must be self-motivated, creative thinker, professional, articulate, hard-working, strong leader who can handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will assume responsibility for and oversee day-to-day floor operations in the Tasting Room, as well as, execute the Wine Club, strategy and sales.  No knowledge of wine necessary, we are more than willing to train you.  
Candidates must have 1-2 years experience in management, be able to lift 40-50 lbs, and be 18+ years of age (to serve wine). 
Full-Time.  Starting rate is based on experience.  

Cellar Tech: Come explore the world of winemaking at one of Virginia's oldest wineries.  We are looking for a cellar candidate that has a High School diploma or GED, and is mechanically inclined.  Candidates must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and be physically fit.  This position also requires using different kinds of equipment including pumps and forklift.  Training will be provided but previous equipment handling a plus. Basic math and computer skills required. Hiring rate based on experience. 

Lab Tech: This skilled position works directly with the Winemaker and Assistant Winemaker in analyzing wines, helping to create wine blends and tracking fermentation stages during the winemaking process.  Candidates will have laboratory experience with Bachelors of Science preferred.  Full Time and part time roles are currently available. Starting rate is based on experience.
