Restaurant Manager: Bachelor's degree plus two years of restaurant experience with at least two years at a supervisory level preferred, although less formal education and on the job experience may be substituted. Experience and confidence running point of sale systems and troubleshooting reports. Positive attitude and ability to make effective decisions while performing under pressure and consistently deal with customers, employees, and peers in a professional, diplomatic, and friendly manner. Ability to work any and all required weekend shifts. Starting pay is $22.00 an hour.
Host/Hostess: Superior customer service skills, ability to work as a team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to work with restaurant software, and proficient general math skills are required. Positive attitude and ability to consistently deal with customers, employees and peers in a professional, diplomatic and friendly manner. Starting pay is $8.00 an hour.
Tasting Room Sales Rep: One to two years experience dealing with the public in a customer service function. Must be able to remain calm under pressure and deal with many types of personalities, learn and maintain knowledge of wine and how it is made, and be able to speak in front of a large group. Must also be able to lift 40 to 50 lbs. Starting pay is $8.00 an hour.
