Semi Dry Wines
Bottled: June, 2014
This perfumed wine expresses citrus blossoms on the nose and invokes lemon zest, peaches, and tropical notes on the palate. The wine was barrel aged in new Hungarian oak after fermentation for just a few months to add light toasted notes and lengthen the finish. This pairs well with shellfish such as crab cakes or oysters.
Enjoy now or savor over the next 2-3 years.
