Semi Dry Wines
About This Wine
A fragrant Petit Manseng-based blend offering decadent aromas of mango, melon and citrus fruit. On the palate, grapefruit and passion fruit emerge, influenced by honey and pineapple notes. Juicy and mouth-filling, this semi-dry wine’s residual sweetness is well balanced by clean acidity, and features a lingering finish. Best served moderately chilled. This wine is made with 100% Virginia fruit and is steel tank fermented.

This wine is already near peak when released, although it may age for another several years. Aging is an imprecise art; excessive aging could lead to a negative effect. Ideally, try some every year and enjoy the wine's journey. Keep at a uniform temperature - 55 degrees is best. It is perfectly normal for a well aged wine to develop minor sediment in the bottle and on the cork surface.
