Dry Red Wines
WINEMAKER NOTES: Reminds me of vibrant fresh strawberries, tart rainier cherries with a twist of meyer lemon for a very crisp finish. The great thing about dry rosé is that it will pair with just about anything and everything that’s for dinner (or lunch) in every season, although I would probably put grilled pork chops towards the top of my list, closely followed by pan seared chicken breasts or even fresh trout, lightly battered of course.
BOTTLING: Bottled in April 2014. Drink it now and enjoy throughout 2014.
SERVING RECOMMENDATIONS: Slightly chilled on hot summer nights.
Titratable acidity: 0.63 g/100 ml
Residual sugars: 0.3%
