WHAT CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
IF I HAD AN ACCOUNT ON YOUR PREVIOUS WEBSITE, DO I HAVE TO RE-REGISTER ON THIS ONE?
Unfortunately, yes. We need to get you set up as a new customer even if you've been buying from us for a long time. But the good news is, once you register, you do not have to do it again on future orders.
WHY DON'T YOU SHIP TO EVERY STATE?
We can ship gift items and tickets to any state. However, each state has different laws and regulations when it comes to shipping alcohol, so we are only able to ship to
certain states. HOW MUCH WINE CAN YOU SHIP TO ME AT ONE TIME? Again, this depends on your state's rules and regulations for shipping alcohol. In most cases (not all) we are limited to shipping a maximum of two cases a month to the same person. If you order more than your state will allow, you will be asked to call customer service to complete your order. WHY DO YOU NEED MY BIRTHDATE? You must be 21 to purchase and receive alcohol. We check every order to insure compliance with current state regulations. In many cases, this means checking your name and birthday with your state's records. If the name and birthdate do not match, you may need to call customer service to complete your order.
DOES SOMEONE 21 OR OVER NEED TO SIGN FOR MY WINE DELIVERY?
Yes, when UPS delivers your wine, someone will need to be present to sign for the delivery and if necessary provide proof of age to the delivery driver. For this reason,
we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes.
WHEN YOU SAY FREE SHIPPING, DO YOU REALLY MEAN FREE SHIPPING?
Yes and No. If you spend over $150 with us on wine, we will cover the cost of your shipping. However, we do charge $6 per case (or split case) to cover the cost of shipping materials. This is called a handling fee. We want your wine to arrive safely and undamaged, so we go to extra lengths to pack your wine for shipping.
Under most circumstances, it is not permissible to return wine. When you order wine online or by phone and have it shipped, UPS will try up to three times to deliver the wine as is their policy. If your wine is deemed undeliverable, it will be returned to Chateau Morrisette. If this occurs, we must charge you the entire shipping cost again in order to re-ship your wine, or you may request a refund of charges at that time and we will refund the amount of your purchase
less all shipping and return handling charges.
WHEN I BUY EVENT TICKETS ONLINE, WILL YOU MAIL ME THE TICKETS?
No. You will receive a confirmation email and can print them at home before you arrive at the festival. Each ticket has a unique bar code which we scan. Once scanned, the ticket cannot be used again.
IS CHATEAU MORRISETTE DOG FRIENDLY?
Dogs are welcome at the Chateau Morrisette Winery and anywhere on the grounds. Unfortunately, Virginia law prohibits us from allowing dogs to accompany you during a meal in our restaurant or on our terrace. Dogs are also welcome at our Black Dog Music Festivals but you must sign a hold harmless release at the gate for your dog to be admitted. All dogs must be leashed at all times.

HOW DO I PURCHASE A TRAVEL PACKAGE FROM CHATEAU MORRISETTE?
We recommend that you make a reservation with one of our Preferred Lodging Partners first to make sure there is a room available on the dates you want to visit. The Lodging Facility will most likely take your credit card information to secure a deposit. Once your room is reserved, go to our website and purchase your desired travel package. Be sure to make your dining reservations at the same time and if you're purchasing a Black Dog Festival Package, print your tickets. For everything else, we will mail a packet of vouchers to cover all items contained in your package. If for some reason you are booking a package last minute, please call us to make sure we can get your vouchers to you in time for your visit.
