Dishwasher: Requires prior dishwashing or manual labor experience. Fine dining experience preferred. Pay-$9.00 per hour.
Busser: Experience in a fine dining setting as well as superior customer service skills, ability to work as a team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to work with restuarant software and proficient general math skills are required. Positive atitude and abiliy to consistently deal with customers, employees and peers in a professional, diplomatic and friendly manner. Pay $6.55 plus tips an hour.
Tasting Room Associate: Requires experience dealing with the public in a customer service function. Works with the public conducting wine tastings, tours and selling merchandise. Must be able to remain calm under pressure and deal with many types of personalities, learn and maintain knowledge of wine and how it is made. Must be able to lift 40 to 50 lbs. Must be 21 in order to serve wine.
Harvest Lab Tech: Degree or currently enrolled in Enology, Chemistry, Food Science or related scientific field. Lab analytical skills, excellent communication skills, problem solving skills, must be computer literate in Microsoft Word & Excel, and able to lift 40 lbs. Harvest range is from early Sept. - Oct. (6-7 weeks).
Cellar Harvest Intern: Understanding of basic winemaking principles, Clean and sanitize cellar area, assist in receiving and processing fruit, pump-overs/pump-downs, strong communication skills, able to lift 50 lbs.
