Tasting Room Associate: Requires experience dealing with the public in a customer service function. Works with the publice conducting wine tastings, tours and selling merchandise.Must be able to remain calm under pressure and deal with many types of personalities, learn and maintain knowledge of wine and how it is made. Must be able to lift 40 to 50 lbs. Must be 21 in order to serve wine.

 

Host/Hostess: Experience in a fine dining setting as well as superior customer service skills, ability to work as a team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to work with restaurant software and proficient general math skills are required. Positive attitude and ability to consistently deal with customers, employees and peers in a professional, diplomatic and friendly manner.

 

Server: Experience in a fine dining setting as well as superior customer service skills, ability to work as a team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to work wih restaruant software and proficient general mathskills are required. Positive attitude and ability to consistently deal with customers, employees and peers in a professional, diplomatic and friendly manner.

 

Busser: Experience in fine dining setting as well as superior customer service skills, ability to work as a team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to work with restaurant software and proficient general math skills are required.
