Star Dog  SPARKLING WINE This complex and elegant sparkling wine is made in the Methode Champenoise, the traditional technique of Champagne, France. Entrancing with aroms and flavors of green apples, toasted almonds, and limes, this wine is laced with a delicate floral character and has a crisp, refreshing finish. This release of Star Dog is composed of 100% Chardonnay grown in our Rocky Knob Vineyard. It is a 'brut' sparkling wine, so it is relatively dry and very food-friendly.
