Sangria Recipes We have developed our own delicious and refreshing ice cold red and white Sangria recipes here at the Chateau. Look for them at our Black Dog Concerts , and in our restaurant during the summer months or make some for yourself. Enjoy!
Red Sangria
- 1 Bottle Chateau Morrisette® The Black Dog Red Table Wine
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup orange juice
- 3 Tbsp key lime juice
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1/3 lime, sliced
- 1 cup lemon-lime soda
- maraschino cherries for garnish
Optional: pineapple chunks, apple slices
Combine wine and sugar in a pitcher, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Add orange juice, lime juice, orange slices, lime slices and any optional fruit. Let stand covered in refrigerator several hours or overnight. Just before serving, stir in lemonlime soda. Serve in a 16 oz glass filled with ice and garnish with maraschino cherry.
Makes 5 servings. |
White Sangria
- 1 Bottle Chateau Morrisette® Angel Chardonnay
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 4 tsp key lime juice
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1/3 lime, sliced
- 1 1/3 cups lemon-lime soda
- marachino cherries for garnish
