Frosty Dog® 2008: Freezing resulted in a concentrated, aromatic juice, which when fermented became this sumptuous, complex dessert wine. Aromas of tropical fruit, apricot, and white flowers are accentuated by lively acidity and a trace of spiciness. Note the lingering apple, pear, honey and guava flavors. This delightful wine can also be served as an aperitif.
