Chardonnay Chardonnay 2007: Apple and pear armoas evolve from this smooth, well balanced wine. Flavors of citrus and caramel, accented by traces of fig and toasted oak, add complexity through the lingering silky finish. This wine was barrel fermented and aged sur lies (on the yeast) for then months. Our Chardonnay pairs well with crab and other rich shellfish, ocean fish, and roasted poultry.
