Cabernet Franc
Cabernet Franc 2007: Vibrant wild berry aromas join with nuances of cedar and bay leaf floating from this deep ruby vintage.  Tasting reveals the flavor of plums, accented by black tea leaves and barrel toast.  Sturdy tannins, aglow with notes of leather and earth, linger into a finish featuring traces of black pepper.  This wine was completed with small amounts of Cabernet Sauvignon and Chambourcin.  Ideal with steaks, this wine also pairs well with lamb, game, mushroom dishes, and medium to sharp cheeses.
